I’ll be with you along the way assisting you via video and providing you with materials that you can continually use as a resource and keep forever 💜
- You’ll also be provided with nutrition and health coaching ideas such as tips and strategies that you can use to alter your eating habits, as well as healthful eating tips for healthful eating behaviours.
- PLUS you’ll receive 10 mindful meditations to create calm and balance in your life
- 10 express home workouts to increase daily movement and improve your overall fitness
