The beauty of your home workouts is that they can be performed in the comfort of your own home. Most of the time, you won’t need equipment and will be using your own body weight. There will be some instances whereby I will encourage you to use some light dumbells (you can also use cans of soup or beans), a swissball and theraband (or old tights or stockings). You can even use household items like a pillow for some resistance! Some workouts have background music and some don’t.
Please have a listen to the Introductory video prior to doing your initial workout. Each workout will have a description of what it includes. Please keep in mind that it is very important that you focus on activating your pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscles with every workout and of course, breathe! Keep a water bottle with you, listen to your body, work at YOUR pace and most of all, ENJOY!
