This is the perfect package offering you a combination of home workouts AND mindful meditations!

The beauty of your home workouts is that they can be performed in the comfort of your own home, with little to no equipment. There will be some instances whereby I will encourage you to use some light dumbells (you can also use cans of soup, bottled water), a swissball and theraband (or old tights or stockings). You can even use household items for some resistance!
Please have a listen to the Introductory video prior to doing your initial workout. Each workout will have a description of what it includes. Please keep in mind that it is very important that you focus on activating your pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscles with every workout and of course, breathe! Keep a water bottle with you, listen to your body, work at YOUR pace and most of all, ENJOY! 

Belinda Johnson is delighted to be working with Mariana on her new wellness program. Belinda has qualifications in fitness, pilates and meditation, and has worked in the health and wellbeing industry for over 20 years.


Many people misunderstand meditation as a beginner, due to a common misconception.  They assume that you have to stop or block all thoughts so that the mind goes blank. But that just isn’t possible.  
If your mind went completely blank, you would not have any awareness of self or place. This epiphany came to Belinda after she completed meditation courses run by Matt Young, Director of the Melbourne Meditation Centre.  Belinda’s teaching style has largely been influenced by Matt.
