Mariana and her Team are fabulous and give me guidance on Express Workouts, Meditation & Wellness routines. Very easy to do & fun!! My mind and body have definitely improved! Highly recommend to try this out!
I thoroughly enjoyed doing my mat & reformer Pilates sessions at Strong to the Core. Mariana has helped me to strengthen my core area and assisted with my lower back issues. Mariana was very thorough with her training sessions and always checked to make sure I was doing the exercises correctly. She is so passionate with her training and is very knowledgeable when it comes to pilates and health. She is a pleasure to train with and I would highly recommend her.
I have been a part of Mariana’s “Strong to the Core” private group now since it started. I have enjoyed the Monday mini workout sessions each week. It has helped enormously in getting me through this lockdown period, especially for those of us in Melbourne. Mariana is doing a wonderful job at no cost to us, she has a positive and encouraging approach to all her classes and is a tremendous contribution to the community.

My husband and I have been attending the Strong to the Core studio for 8 months now. We have found the program to be fun and challenging. Mariana tailors the exercises to suit our needs, taking into consideration any injuries that we may have, and working around those to increase the strength and health of the body. No class is ever the same as she is always adding new exercises to our program. We have enjoyed the program and highly recommend anyone who is thinking about getting fit and toned to give it a go
Mariana has been a revelation to me. After my hernia operation years ago, I was left with very little core strength, which has caused issues such as regular and painful back spasms. Within weeks of Mariana's first visit, and my own dedication to following the exercises and techniques which Mariana instructed, I have experienced amazing results. My core now feels strong and secure and my flexibility has vastly improved, giving me the confidence to be able to achieve my goal of competing in half ironman Triathlons

My first time trying Pilates and I am loving it! Mariana is excellent in getting the most out of each session with me and I am working muscles that have been asleep for a long time.
