Our Nutrition, Health & Wellness Coaching sessions, focus on areas that you would like to improve within your lifestyle. 

It may have to do with nutrition, exercise, time management, stress management, reducing alcohol or soft drink consumption, quitting smoking and so forth. 
When it comes to FOOD, let’s focus on nourishing our bodies with the right balance and enjoying the right foods, instead of restriction and guilt, body image and punishment. 
We are not about diets – instead, we assist with improving lifestyle practices for optimal health and wellbeing.
Variety is the key! 
It is important that we select foods from various sources each day, as diets that eliminate several food groups, are linked with a higher risk of chronic disease and mortality.
We should aim to consume a variety of wholesome natural foods that meet our individual requirements.

REMEMBER that  a good ”diet” should consist of variety, and it should meet your needs. It should be full of colour and include wholesome foods, but also should be enjoyable and social.
