I’d love to share a Smoothie recipe (or Shake recipe) with you, that I make for myself.

I say that it can be a ”Smoothie” OR ”Shake” because it depends on the consistency that you would prefer.

Personally, I love the thicker smoothie 😍


1 medium sized banana

1/2 cup (or more) or frozen blueberries and/or raspberries (even blackberries)

1 tsp or 1 tbsp of Mayver’s Crunchy Peanut Butter

1 tbsp of organic Cacao powder (be sure not to use cocoa)

1 cup or 1 1/2 cups of unsweetened almond milk

1 tbsp of Cottage Cheese

You can omit/add ingredients to suit you. You can add chia seeds, and nuts such as almonds or walnuts and even dates.
Mix in your blender.

Pour in your glass and there you have it – a divine drink full of goodness and taste!
