Our WELLness for Mind & Body Membership, is designed for the every day individual looking to improve their health & overall wellbeing.

We provide you with a mix of convenient workouts including pilates, mindful meditations and tips and strategies to assist with improved fitness and mental health. We also focus on nutrition concepts and implementation to help create a healthier YOU.

We guide you through proper exercise technique to reduce the likelihood of injury and disease. 

We are also excited to deliver monthly wellness workshops and frequent live interaction to keep you on track!

Home Workouts

We have incorporated a variety of convenient exercise modalities that you can perform in the comfort of your own home, with little to no equipment.

We have tailored the workouts so that you can incorporate them within your busy lifestyle! They focus on core/pilates, cardiovascular, strength/resistance, balance and flexibility. 

So there is a lot of variety for you!

If you’re anything like us and you’re pressed for time, rest assured, we have you covered with our ‘’time friendly’’ yet beneficial sessions, that will leave you feeling invigorated, and ready for your next workout session 💜

Work out whilst the kiddies are sleeping, at school or whilst you’re on a break – just hit that ‘play’ button and off you go!

CORE Pilates!

Pilates requires concentration and focus because you move your body through precise ranges of motion, focussing on the breath. Pilates can be an aerobic and non-aerobic form of exercise. Pilates is an exercise method that focuses on a variety of things.

Some of the health benefits of Pilates consist of an increase in muscle strength and tone (particularly of your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and bottom). These are termed the ‘’core’’ muscles. Pilates also assists with improving balance on both sides of your body, flexibility, postural alignment and muscular control of your back and limbs.

PLUS! As a BONUS, we’ve included our ”Unwind” Sessions to assist wit h mobility, relaxation and unwinding from your day…

Mariana and guest teacher Belinda, both have a great deal of experience under their belt teaching in a variety of settings such as fitness studios and multidisciplinary practices.

Meet Belinda

Belinda Johnson is delighted to be working with Mariana on her new wellness program. Belinda has qualifications in fitness, pilates and meditation, and has worked in the health and wellbeing industry for over 20 years.

Many people misunderstand meditation as a beginner, due to a common misconception.  They assume that you have to stop or block all thoughts so that the mind goes blank. But that just isn’t possible.  If your mind went completely blank, you would not have any awareness of self or place.

This epiphany came to Belinda after she completed meditation courses run by Matt Young, Director of the Melbourne Meditation Centre.  Belinda’s teaching style has largely been influenced by Matt.  

Belinda has incorporated a variety of meditations into your program. Examples include sound, visual, affirmation, mantra, breath and body, and imagery meditation.
