Strong to the Core offers a variety of home based ‘express’ workouts (generally between 10-20 minutes), that you can do in the comfort of your own home with little to no equipment. We are also pleased to offer you mindful meditations to help bring a sense of calm and balance to your life as well as personalised online nutrition and health coaching.
