Meet our Founder

Strong to the Core is headed up by experienced accredited exercise physiologist, pilates instructor & nutrition & health coach; Mariana Arceri.

Mariana helps females create a healthier lifestyle through exercise education and empowerment, as well as education around nutrition and health coaching.

Over the past 20 years, she has helped thousands of people just like yourself, get active and focus on the prevention of health conditions; to live a healthier, stronger and longer life.

Mariana has worked with a variety of clientele within a variety of settings ranging from health and fitness clubs, the corporate sector, universities, hospitals and the online platform.

We focus on WELLness. 

Mariana’s passion is to help people achieve their goals by creating a blend between daily movement, keeping the mind healthy and balanced nutrition.
